I am a fully qualified and insured breastfeeding counsellor, offering home visits in the Harrogate area as well as phone/virtual support.
I have a wealth of knowledge and I have supported hundreds of new parents with getting breastfeeding off to the best possible start.

About me
My name’s Lauren and I’m hugely passionate about all things to do with pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding.
I used hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my own children and I just wish I could have bottled the feeling of euphoria I felt each time so that I could share it with the world!
Teaching hypnobirthing is the closest I can come to that and I love nothing more than helping people to have their own positive, empowering birth experiences.
